Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the NestHunt platform, your token membership, and any transaction you settle through NestHunt smart contracts.

Last updated 1 September 2026

1. The agreement

These terms form a binding agreement between you and NestHunt. They apply from the moment you create an account, connect a wallet or stake a membership token, and they continue for as long as you hold a membership or remain party to a live contract created through the platform.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company, partnership or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and references to "you" include it.

Where a specific product carries its own terms, such as an offering document for a tokenized property or a lender agreement reached through the platform, those terms govern that product and these terms govern everything else.

2. Eligibility and verification

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You must not be resident in, or acting on behalf of anyone in, a territory subject to sanctions that would prohibit NestHunt from serving you.

Access to the platform requires identity verification. We may ask for government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of funds and, for partner accounts, professional licence and registration details. We may refuse, suspend or close an account where verification cannot be completed or where information provided proves inaccurate.

  • One account per person or per firm, with named seats for partner teams
  • Verification is repeated where regulation requires it or where risk indicators change
  • Sharing account credentials or wallet access with a third party is not permitted

3. Token memberships

Access to platform features is granted by the membership token held in your wallet. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum are available to home seekers. Titanium is available to verified partners. Your tier determines which features are open to you, and entitlements are checked against your wallet at the point of use.

A membership token is a functional access credential. It is not a share, a security, a debt instrument or a claim on NestHunt revenue, and it does not confer ownership of any property, voting rights over the company or an entitlement to profit.

You may upgrade at any time; the additional access opens when the additional stake confirms. You may unstake at any time; access closes at the end of the notice period stated at checkout. Unstaking does not terminate obligations under any live contract to which you are already a party.

4. What NestHunt does and does not do

NestHunt operates a technology platform. We index listings, produce analytical valuations, route introductions between members and partners, and provide contract infrastructure for settlement. We are not a party to the sale, purchase, letting or financing of any property listed on the platform.

We are not a real estate agent, broker, mortgage adviser, investment adviser, title company or law firm, and nothing on the platform is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Where you need advice, you should instruct a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

Partners on the platform are independent businesses. We verify credentials at onboarding and monitor performance signals, but we do not supervise their work and we are not liable for their acts or omissions.

5. Valuations, recommendations and listing content

AI valuations are analytical estimates produced from available data. They are presented as a range with a confidence band and are not a formal valuation, a survey or an appraisal. They should not be relied on as the sole basis for a transaction, and they do not satisfy lender or regulatory valuation requirements.

Recommendations are ranked by relevance to the criteria you set and your activity on the platform. Any paid or sponsored placement is labelled as such and is never blended into organic results.

Listing content is supplied by partners and property owners. We apply verification checks and display verification status, but we do not warrant that every detail is accurate, current or complete, and you should verify material facts before you commit.

6. Payments, conversion and fees

You may fund your wallet through supported payment partners and hold value in supported stablecoins. Conversion is quoted before you approve it, showing the rate, the spread and the settlement window. If a quote expires before you sign, you are re-quoted.

Fees applicable to a transaction are shown before signing and comprise the conversion spread where a currency change occurs, the network fee for writing the transaction on-chain, and any platform settlement fee stated in your membership terms. Partner commissions are disclosed by the partner in the deal view.

Network fees are paid to the underlying network, not to NestHunt, and they vary with network conditions. Transactions written to a public network cannot be reversed by NestHunt once confirmed.

7. Smart contracts and settlement

Reservations, deposits and completions may be executed through smart contracts. Funds committed to a transaction are held in escrow by the contract and release only against the milestone conditions agreed by the parties at signing.

Contracts are independently audited before deployment and re-audited following material change. Deployed contract addresses and their audit position are published. No audit eliminates risk, and you should satisfy yourself as to what you are transacting against.

A smart contract governs the movement of funds and the record of milestones. It does not replace the legal instruments required to transfer property in the relevant jurisdiction, which remain your responsibility and that of your appointed professionals.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. The following are prohibited, and we may suspend or close accounts where they occur.

  • Publishing listings you are not authorised to market, or that misdescribe a property
  • Using the platform to launder funds, evade sanctions or finance illegal activity
  • Scraping, harvesting or reselling listing data, valuations or member information
  • Circumventing token gating, rate limits or access controls
  • Impersonating another person, firm or NestHunt itself
  • Interfering with the platform, its contracts or other members through technical means

9. Intellectual property

The platform, its interfaces, models, documentation and brand are owned by NestHunt or licensed to it. Your membership grants you the right to use the platform for its intended purpose, and nothing more.

Content you upload remains yours. By uploading it you grant NestHunt a licence to host, display and process it as needed to operate the platform, including distributing partner listings across the markets you have selected.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NestHunt is not liable for losses arising from property decisions you take, the acts or omissions of partners or counterparties, movements in property or token markets, network congestion or failure, or loss of access to a self-custody wallet.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability is limited by law rather than excluded, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the platform fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time, subject to any live contract obligations. We may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where verification fails, where we are required to do so by law or regulation, or where continued access presents a security risk to other members.

On closure, we retain records we are legally required to keep. Live escrow contracts continue to run under their own terms, and savings vault balances remain withdrawable by you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform, the markets we serve or applicable regulation change. Material changes are notified to members in advance through the platform and by email, with the effective date stated. Continuing to use the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law stated in your membership confirmation, which reflects the entity contracting with you in your region. Disputes should first be raised through the settlement support channel, where most matters are resolved directly.

Where a dispute concerns a live escrow contract, the resolution path defined in that contract applies before any other route is pursued. Nothing in this section removes a right to bring proceedings in your local courts where consumer law preserves it.

Questions about a specific clause?

The membership desk routes contract and terms questions to the right team. For anything touching a live escrow contract, use the settlement channel so it is seen the same business day.
