Questions and answers
The questions people actually ask before they stake anything
Grouped by subject, answered without hedging. Where the honest answer is a limitation rather than a feature, it is written as a limitation.
Token memberships
How tiers work, what they open and how to change them.
It is the permission layer for your account. The membership token sits in your wallet, and NestHunt checks it at the moment you open a page or start an action. Bronze opens the listing index and valuation reads. Silver adds recommendations and a savings vault. Gold adds wallet payments, escrow contracts and loan transfer coordination. Platinum adds tokenized offerings and portfolio analytics. Titanium is the partner tier for agents, brokers, professionals, title companies and lenders.
Yes, in both directions. Upgrading takes effect as soon as the additional stake confirms, and the new surface opens immediately. Downgrading closes the higher-tier surface at the end of your current term. Anything you created while on a higher tier, such as saved searches or exported documents, stays available to you.
Access closes cleanly at the end of the notice period stated in your membership terms. Live escrow contracts you are already party to are unaffected and run to completion, because those obligations sit in the contract rather than in your membership. Savings vault balances remain yours and can be withdrawn.
No. You can complete the membership stake with the fiat equivalent at checkout and NestHunt handles the conversion, with the rate and spread shown before you approve. Members who already hold the token can stake it directly.
Payments and conversion
Funding, currencies, fees and what a transaction costs.
Supported stablecoins and the local currency rails available in your market. Funding into the wallet is handled by regulated payment partners. The exact list depends on where you are resident, and it is shown in your account before you fund anything.
Every conversion is quoted before you approve it. You see the rate, the spread NestHunt applies and the settlement window on screen. If the quote expires before you sign, you are re-quoted rather than filled at a different price.
Three components, all shown before you sign: the conversion spread where a currency change is involved, the network fee for writing the transaction on-chain, and any platform settlement fee stated in your membership terms. Partner commissions, where they apply, are disclosed by the partner in the deal view.
The escrow contract governs it. Deposits sit in escrow rather than with a counterparty, and release only against the milestone conditions agreed at signing. If a condition fails within the defined window, the contract returns the funds to the paying wallet. Where a dispute arises, the resolution path is set out in the contract before any party signs.
AI valuation and accuracy
What the models do, where they are strong and where they are not.
Accuracy depends on how much comparable evidence exists. In dense markets with frequent transactions the range is tight. In thin or unusual markets it widens, and the confidence band widens with it. NestHunt publishes the band rather than a single number precisely so that the uncertainty is visible instead of implied.
Recorded transactions, rental performance, listing history, property attributes, building condition signals and local supply and demand indicators. Each read records the model version and the data cut-off date, so you can tell how current it is.
No. It is an analytical estimate to inform your decision, not a regulated valuation, a structural survey or investment advice. Lenders and courts require an instructed professional. Use the NestHunt read to decide where to look and what to ask, then instruct a qualified professional before you complete.
Open the comparables panel and check what it used. If a comparable is inappropriate, flag it from that panel. Flags are reviewed and feed back into model tuning, and you can see the evidence behind the number rather than being asked to take it on faith.
Security and custody
Wallets, keys, personal data and what happens when things go wrong.
You do, in a self-custody wallet, unless you choose a NestHunt custodial wallet. Funds committed to a transaction move into an escrow contract rather than to NestHunt, and the contract governs when and to whom they release.
For self-custody wallets, recovery depends entirely on your recovery phrase and NestHunt cannot restore it. This is the trade-off of holding your own keys. Custodial accounts have an identity-verified recovery process. Choose the model that matches how comfortable you are managing keys, and record your phrase offline before you fund anything.
None. Identity documents and personal details are held off-chain under the privacy policy. What the chain records is the transaction: contract addresses, amounts, milestones and timestamps. Verification status is written as an attestation, not as your documents.
Contracts are audited before deployment and re-audited after material change. Vulnerability reports can be sent to the security channel on the contact page. Confirmed incidents affecting members are disclosed directly, alongside what was affected and what was done about it.
Smart contracts and settlement
How on-chain settlement works in practice.
When a deal reaches deposit stage, funds move into a contract rather than to the seller or agent. The contract holds them and releases against milestones the parties agreed at signing, such as title confirmation or handover. Each party holds a signing key, so no single party can move the money alone.
Yes. Contracts are independently audited before deployment and re-audited when materially changed. The deployed addresses and audit position are published so members can verify what they are transacting against rather than taking the claim on trust.
No. Property transfer is governed by the law of the jurisdiction the property sits in, and that still requires the recognised instruments and, in most markets, a licensed professional. The smart contract governs the movement of funds and the record of milestones. The two run alongside each other, which is why title partners sit inside the settlement flow.
Yes. Every deal exports as a settlement pack containing the full contract state history, the parties, the milestones, the amounts and the timestamps, along with multi-currency statements. It is designed to be handed straight to a lender, a conveyancer or an accountant.
